The best customer service and quality of work. Would highly recommend for shoe cleaning/polishing needs. I'd forgotten to drop them off earlier and needed same day service, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the shoes back in time for a wedding.

I have a vintage LV speedy that I was not using because of the handles, I asked the guys if they could add D rings so that I could add a shoulder strap. They were all so friendly, and professional. Not to mention they did an amazing job on the project. I am obsessed with the bag now, and so excited that I have a new expert team to help me maintain my leather goods collection.

Robert did a tremendous job on my favorite heels. I've had these cognac leather heels for over a decade and unfortunately they were deteriorating due to dry rot. Thankfully, the exterior leather parts were still in good condition, so Robert took the time and care to restore and replace the damaged parts with even better materials and fully reconstruct my heels. I'm very happy with the results and I'm looking forward to wearing them in the future.
