What this site collects

If you fill in the contact form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, your phone number, your email if you gave one, which service you picked, and your message. That is used to answer you about your repair and nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone outside the shop.

What it doesn’t collect

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. There is no analytics script following you from page to page, no remarketing pixel and no third-party ad network.

Things loaded from elsewhere

Two parts of the site come from other companies and are governed by their own privacy terms rather than ours:

• The map is embedded from Google Maps. Loading a page with a map on it means your browser contacts Google.
• The typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Links out to Google and Yelp only reach those companies when you click them.

How long we keep it

Messages sent through the form are kept while your repair is open and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back about the same item. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you those rights explicitly; we apply them to everyone. There is nothing to opt out of being sold, because nothing is sold.
