Privacy policy

This is a small shop’s website. It carries no advertising trackers, no analytics and no session recording, and it never has. The short version: the only personal information it collects is what you type into the contact form.

What this site collects

If you fill in the contact form, we receive the categories of information you enter:

• Identifiers — your name, phone number and, if you choose to give it, your email address
• Commercial information — which service you selected and what you wrote about your item

Nothing else is collected. There are no accounts, no logins and no payments on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

What it doesn’t collect

No advertising or social media pixels. No Google Analytics or any other analytics package. No session replay or heat-mapping. No cookies are set by this site for advertising or measurement. The typefaces are served from this website’s own server, not fetched from Google, so loading a page does not tell Google you were here.

Who it is shared with

Your message is used to answer you about your repair. It is never sold or rented. The categories of third parties involved are:

• Our hosting provider, which serves the pages and keeps standard server logs.
• A form-delivery provider, which passes contact form messages to the shop. Messages are not stored on this website.

The map

Pages that show a map do not load it until you press a button. Until then no request goes to Google at all. If you do load it, Google can see that visit and set its own cookies under its own policies, not ours — and you never have to, because the full address and a directions link sit right beside the button. Tracking across other websites

This site does not authorise anyone to track you across other websites over time. The only third party that can see a request at all is Google, via the map embed described above.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this site performs no tracking of visitors across sites or over time, its behaviour is the same whether or not that signal is present — there is nothing to switch off. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your activity across different websites here.

How long messages are kept

Contact messages are kept while your repair is open and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back about the same item. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Reviewing or changing your information

Call (323) 665-6110 and ask. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. California residents have these rights explicitly; we apply them to everyone. There is nothing to opt out of being sold, because nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date at the top. Substantive changes will also be noted on the page for a period after they take effect.
