Turnaround was quick, price for each repair respectively was fair and justified. I got a vibram Resole and just look at em! In 6 months when I need another Resole I'll be back. “I came in less than 30 minutes before closing time, and Robert repaired the concealed double zipper on my favorite backpack right in front of me. The zipper was having two different problems — one slider had gone off the track entirely, and the other was immediately coming undone if I didn't zip it very slowly. He fixed both in about three minutes, and then wouldn't take payment! He just said to come back for a zipper replacement if I had the same problem again. It was the best and kindest service I have received anywhere in years.”

“Robert is easily the best cobbler I've been to in LA. I dropped off three pairs of shoes with complicated toe shapes to be re-soled. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was incredible. I cannot believe how perfect each shoe was when I picked them up. As a bonus, Robert even glued a pair of rubber clogs that had ripped on the spot for free. Robert and his team saved me, my sanity and my feet — I bought a gorgeous pair of Nicholas Kirkwood gold leather slingback sandals for a wedding but the ankle straps were too small and tight to be comfortable. They found a perfect color match and extended the strap with perfectly matching gold leather so I could walk and dance more comfortably. The shoes are impeccably perfect! I wore them 12+ hours comfortably and danced for hours with no worries about the strap thanks to their handiwork.”

“I had a pair of shoes that needed new soles and one sandal in need of a new stud. They did a great job. I gave them a lot of time to do it, but I'm sure if you request to have them back sooner, you can request that. All told, it was $65. I think it's a fair price, not a great deal, but fair. Service was polite and friendly.”

“They did a great job. I brought in a pair of boots I got at a thrift shop 10 years ago. The soles had come completely unglued from the upper, the heel was worn down, and some of the stitching was coming undone. He replaced the base of the heel, removed the unglued sole to replace it with a much more sturdy and non-slip option, and restitched the leather. They were ready almost a full week before estimated. They look and feel great! I will likely get 10+ more years of wear out of these now.”

“I came here on a whim after looking on Yelp for shoe repairs. The logo on my Kate Spade slippers was loose so I wanted to get it fixed rather than tossing them away. I came inside and was immediately helped. They had to look for a screw to bolt down the logo which took a while but they got it done. There's metered parking in the front or on the side on Revere for free. I definitely recommend this place!!”
